📋 Description

• Process life and health insurance claims • Promote occupational health and manage disabilities • Provide technical support for projects and operational issues • Conduct technical studies, research and analysis to evaluate eligibility for benefits and the risk of legal action based on contractual clauses • Serve as a resource person for submitting solutions and action plans • Communicate with professionals, partners and clients to obtain and provide information, justifications and interpretations of claims and insurance policies • Roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes • Train users • Prepare technical notes to enhance users' and teams' skills and knowledge • Help practitioners follow unit processes and use business solutions, tools and systems

🎯 Requirements

• General college diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Differences • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
