📋 Description

• Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics • Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding • Coordinate the unit’s activities • Provide information about the line of business’s processes and procedures • Help prepare presentations and related documents • Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters • Provide administrative and operational support to the organization • Process information and solve simple, everyday issues • Respond to administrative and operational questions

🎯 Requirements

• Trade school diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Drive results • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability • Tech savvy
