📋 Description

• Oversee the operational process for new customer briefs submitted by GTM to Deal Desk • Ensure required information and proper routing for approval • Coordinate transition from commercial approval to the Engineering Program Manager for delivery team assignment • Track opportunities through pre-delivery stages, identifying actions, blockers, and missing information • Ensure clear, timely handoffs between GTM, Deal Desk, and EPM • Maintain accurate data across Salesforce and Mission Control, including customer, opportunity, commercial, and delivery details • Establish standards for data entry, documentation, and operational hygiene • Develop and maintain reporting on Deal Desk volume, pipeline progression, approvals, delivery assignments, and operational metrics • Identify process trends, bottlenecks, and gaps; recommend efficiency improvements • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational playbooks • Help establish clear ownership, SLAs, and operating standards across the workflow • Identify, design, implement, test, monitor, and continuously improve automation across the GTM-to-Delivery workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, revenue operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles • Experience working with CRM and business operations systems • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing processes with numerous stakeholders • Strong skills in building automations and working with multiple AI tools • Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and drive issues to resolution • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to convert nebulous ideas into discrete actionable steps and systematize work • Experience with data reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an asset • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; sponsorship requirements may apply
