📋 Description

• Help set sales objectives and develop action plans based on the business plan • Create the right conditions to meet targets • Solicit, develop and maintain personal business relationships with clients to promote products and services • Identify and analyze member/client needs • Develop custom solutions and prepare integrated service offers balancing satisfaction, profitability and risk • Negotiate product and service terms in accordance with standards and procedures • Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities • Take an active role in public relations activities and maintain a presence in the business community • Advise and assist members and clients • Represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients • Help sell business products and services through multiple distribution channels • Drive sales and business development objectives • Manage accounts with moderate development potential and clients with specific needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of one year of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to understand clients’ expressed needs • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Drive results • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning
