📋 Description

• Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients who have specialized advisory needs • Provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices • Review special requests for specialized products and services • Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services and help members and clients reach their financial goals • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures • Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers • Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Assist members and clients with specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services • Discuss organizational realities with external professionals • Help clients reach their financial goals, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate terms • Prospect for, identify, and develop new business opportunities while balancing satisfaction, profitability, and risk • Stay current on the latest standards, products, and services in the field

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Drive results • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
