📋 Description

• Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients with specialized advisory needs • Provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels • Review special requests for specialized products and services • Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures • Analyze member/client needs and implement personalized solutions and integrated service offers • Establish advisory relationships by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services • Discuss organizational realities with external professionals • Help clients reach financial goals, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate terms • Prospect for, identify, and develop new business opportunities while balancing satisfaction, profitability, and risk • Stay current on standards, products, and services in the field

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required
