📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts • Analyze medical, financial and job information and determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria • Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms • Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties • Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of four years of relevant experience • Advanced proficiency of French is required • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
