📋 Description

• Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices • Promote and sell financial security products and services • Analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures • Support current and potential members and clients • Represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients • Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products • Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and make improvements as needed • Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources • Target and analyze potential member/client files • Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so members and clients can reach their financial goals • Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Attestation of Collegial Studies • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Ability to sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products • Ability to assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and make improvements as needed • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with referral sources • Ability to target and analyze potential member/client files • Ability to identify business development opportunities and stay current on new products and trends • Action oriented • Communicates effectively • Customer Focus • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
