📋 Description

• Setting client engagement goals • Ensuring best practices across channels and mediums • Navigating approval processes for campaigns • Supporting and empowering the team • Staying informed on industry trends and AI/automation impact on marketing and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod • Responsible for ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular: LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content • Understand approval processes and support strategists in earning approvals • Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear communication + expectation setting • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
