📋 Description

• Drive the expansion and sale of DMA’s property tax services within an assigned territory or market • Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities • Expand relationships with existing clients • Lead outbound and inbound campaigns • Conduct discovery calls and virtual/on-site meetings • Translate prospect needs into property tax savings value propositions and solutions • Draft proposals and coordinate scope, pricing, and terms with internal stakeholders • Negotiate client contracts, engaging legal counsel when needed • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasting in the internal CRM (OMS) • Partner with service teams to ensure high-quality client onboarding and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years of inside or field sales experience, or experience in property tax or a related industry • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong research, organization, and time management abilities • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong internal CRM skills, specifically OMS • Valid driver’s license • Regular 40-hour work schedule • Ability to travel 10–25% • Ability to sit and use a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds • Ability to perform frequent repetitive hand motions
