📋 Description
• Drive the performance of a team of Consultants, meeting and exceeding KPI targets • Manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical team metrics • Coach and mentor Consultants • Provide feedback and performance management • Inform leadership about trends among end-user customers • Provide feedback to Operations Managers • Drive organizational initiatives within the team
🎯 Requirements
• Streaming services program knowledge preferred • Proven ability to coach and mentor others • Ability to work in MS Office • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proactive development of trust and professional rapport with employees and team members • Ability to work as a team player • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally
