📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and inspire the SAP Business One delivery team • Drive practice performance across utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction • Shape delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team • Forecast, plan margins and capacity, and align resources • Own delivery execution from kickoff to close • Track scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments • Align team skills and availability with customer needs, project priorities, and business objectives • Provide direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement • Partner with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support engagement and delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a similar environment • People leadership capability to coach teams, drive engagement, and improve delivery performance • Commercial acumen across utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business goals • ERP delivery experience • SAP Business One experience ideally; Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite experience valued • Strong execution skills in project discipline, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving • French/English bilingualism is an additional asset • MBA or formal business education is an additional asset
