📋 Description

• Participate in all aspects of transactions, from pitching prospects to closing deals • Oversee analysts’ daily tasks • Create offering memoranda and pitch books • Perform financial analysis and modeling • Create and execute marketing ideas • Participate in conference calls and meetings • Work with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements • Support business development, marketing activities, and day-to-day operations • Ensure first-rate deliverables for internal and external end-users • Self-edit work and maintain close attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of investment banking transaction experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • Professionalism and client management skills • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills • Skills in both finance and accounting • Motivated self-starter who excels in independent and team-oriented environments • Superior work ethic and commitment to high-quality results • Ability to handle high intensity workloads during critical phases of a transaction • Ability to drive deliverables with minimal oversight • Proficiency in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills to support deals • Exceptionally strong communication skills • Superior attention to detail • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to effectively interact with senior executives and business owners
