📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of recurring US payroll cycles with precision • Lead payroll initiatives of moderate-to-high complexity from scoping through delivery • Act as a process owner to diagnose root causes of recurring issues and design scalable solutions • Support equity-to-payroll workflows • Serve as a subject matter expert for ADP and Workday HCM • Drive compliance, audit readiness, and controls • Identify gaps in workflows and escalate appropriately • Contribute to the long-term vision of the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of progressive, hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payroll • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience • Experience working in modern payroll and HCM platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday HCM) • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HRIS, Accounting, Tax, Benefits, and Legal
