📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional management/team to lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting • Act as a financial advisor and provide KPI and business-driver analysis and guidance to business functions to meet OKRs • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, assess risk, and support decision-making • Conduct scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and provide recommendations • Work with large and complex datasets to develop analytics that drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency • Monitor and analyse KPIs, business drivers, and unit economics to identify risks and opportunities • Analyse financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends and synthesize key messages for business partners • Identify new metrics aligned with strategic priorities while minimizing risk • Challenge existing data interpretations using advanced analytical conclusions • Contribute to strategic projects including M&A, fundraising, and business initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of finance-related experience in a corporate setting • Ability to articulate financial concepts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of finance/accounting foundations • Expert financial modeling experience • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite • Ability to quickly learn new systems, including financial software applications • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and tasks in parallel • Prior experience with NetSuite, CRMs and/or enterprise planning (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus • Prior experience in SaaS or M&A is nice to have
