• Work with potential clients to adopt voice dictation or AI Scribe software into their clinic • Train clients on using various software • Seek out new clients through cold outreach • Perform demos over video calls and sell the product • Maintain communication through sales phone line and respond to product inquiry emails • Perform free trial onboarding sessions and training with the software • Additional responsibilities may be required
• Some experience in sales is required • Excellent problem-solving skills • Confident working with computers and various software applications • Experience using a CRM • Excellent phone skills • Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail • Eager to learn and try new tools • Strong verbal and written communication in English • Patient and adaptable • Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset • Fluent in spoken and written English is a must • Knowledge of veterinary clinic workflows and/or medical clinic workflows is an asset • Previous experience in software sales or pharmaceutical sales is a strong asset
