• - Diseñar, desarrollar y testear servicios backend críticos y escalables. • - Colaborar en decisiones clave de arquitectura y diseño de producto. • - Traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas efectivas. • - Asegurar la disponibilidad y robustez de los servicios en producción. • - Guiar y mentorizar a otros ingenieros/as, promoviendo una cultura técnica sólida. • - Participar en rotaciones de soporte on-call para servicios en vivo.
🎯 Requirements
• - +6 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java. • - Inglés C1. • - Dominio de bases de datos relacionales y herramientas ORM. • - Experiencia trabajando con metodologías colaborativas (pull requests, code reviews). • - Plus: experiencia en servicios financieros. • - Tech Stack : Java, Kotlin, Scala Spring PostgreSQL Deseable: React, JavaScript/TypeScript Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka Microservicios / SOA
