📋 Description

• Deliver on the company’s KPIs for the assigned region • Sell and execute incremental display space throughout the assigned territory • Optimize shelf space and merchandise products and displays to drive sales growth • Drive consumer brand awareness through point-of-sale materials and in-store sales promotions • Educate consumers in stores about the Spindrift brand • Ensure product quality, rotate products, and remove damaged packages • Maintain organization and proper rotation of back stock • Use CRM applications to record daily activities and display execution • Build positive relationships with key retail contacts to secure incremental display space • Service the assigned account base with approximately 8–12 stops per day • Develop and schedule weekly account visits based on business needs • Partner with customers to enact plans that drive sales growth • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements • Support company culture and strategic initiatives • Participate in demos, display selling/building, and market blitzes outside the home territory as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry • Sales experience across Grocery, Mass, Natural, and Drug classes of trade • Proven sales success track record • Ability to lift 20 lbs continuously throughout the day and build displays of 100 or more cases • Must possess and use a personal vehicle to travel to and from accounts • Ability to travel overnight occasionally based on business needs • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth startup environment • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Outstanding organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays • Role-model behavior consistent with the Company’s culture
