📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer service calls from home • Provide quality service by identifying customers’ needs • Research and respond to customer inquiries • Process payments, orders, and plan changes, depending on the client • Handle high volumes of incoming customer calls • Attend job enhancement sessions when required • Meet monthly performance targets set by the client • Perform other duties as required • Complete online training and certification to service customers effectively and professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • 1+ year sales/customer service experience preferred, but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Professional telephone manner • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week • Windows XP or Windows 7 computer system; Windows Vista and Windows 8 are not supported • Internet connection of 6MBPS or higher • Basic phone line with no long-distance or add-ons needed • Must meet client performance targets • May need to pay a certification fee depending on the client • Must complete unpaid certification training • Systems do not support Mac OS X
