📋 Description

• Engage with local businesses and community organizations to foster partnerships, enhance brand visibility and educate on the Flex Deals Partnership Program. • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives across EōS Fitness locations in the applicable region. • Prepare, distribute and correctly display signage, print collateral and digital marketing materials. • Serve as a local marketing resource for presales, new locations, member communications, events, initiatives and low-level crisis issues, including regular gym visits. • Liaise between local in-gym teams, creative departments and marketing, fulfilling marketing requests and providing support. • Support the social media team in capturing event and partnership content. • Provide on-the-ground brand support for new locations in construction and presales marketing support. • Conduct local market research on customers, prospects, trends, competition and improvement opportunities. • Share campaign results and insights, identify improvements and recommend continuous optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. • 3-5 years marketing-related work experience. • Experience in the fitness industry and/or a strong interest in health and fitness. • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while following direction as needed, and can manage projects from inception to completion, providing updates to upper management. • Experience regularly working and interacting with multiple Team Members, upper management, vendors and partners in a professional and empathetic manner. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. • Driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. • Proficient in MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. • Ability to capture engaging video and static content to be repurposed for social media. • Great sense of humor, upbeat attitude and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
