📋 Description
• Architect and oversee backend systems across our product lineup and internal tooling • Guide AI coding assistants to implement large-scale changes and new features • Review, debug, and refine AI-generated code to production standards • Use AI internally to automate business operations • Ship full-stack features end-to-end
🎯 Requirements
• Fast at reading code, human or AI generated • Strong debugging skills and an eye for bugs • Capacity to envision large architectural changes and break them into steps an AI can execute • Ability to context switch and juggle multiple in flight tasks • Experience with Node.js and cloud infrastructure (AWS, containers, managed databases) • Comfort working across multiple codebases and problem domains • Frontend experience (React)—you'll be reading it regardless • Startup experience
