β’ Drive growth within assigned markets by developing strong relationships with builders, distributors, general contractors, designers, architects, and multi-family partners β’ Lead the execution of strategic sales, margin, and market-share initiatives while identifying new contract opportunities and expanding profitable product placement β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for builder, distributor, and influencer accounts, ensuring effective communication of Electrolux brand strategies β’ Convert leads to bids and bids to contracts by leveraging CRM/lead systems and understanding key builders across Single Family, Multi-Family, and MRO segments β’ Conduct product training and merchandising support in showrooms to drive specification, floor placement, and contract opportunities β’ Monitor competitive activity, inventory levels, and open orders, providing insights and recommending adjustments as needed
β’ Post Secondary Education β’ 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the appliance, builder, or related industry β’ Proven track record in merchandising, territory management, and closing sales in builder or contract markets β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse customer groups β’ High energy, self-driven, and able to manage extensive travel within territory
