📋 Description

• Respond to client and driver inquiries in French and English by telephone, chat, and email • Resolve first-level web support, fuel card, vehicle ordering, title and registration/licensing, toll management, insurance card, and remarketing inquiries • Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives • Aim for first-contact resolution while minimizing client and driver resolution time • Provide empathetic, service-focused customer care • Meet individual and team service targets • Collaborate with colleagues and provide administrative backup when needed • Support clients and drivers across a range of fleet services

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Fluency in French and English • Strong listening, customer service, and telephone communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivation and ability to adjust priorities • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Previous customer service experience is preferred • Applicants must undergo a background check after a conditional offer, if required
