📋 Description

• Own product across the company and take full ownership of product vision and execution within the first three months • Set the vision for continuous hormone monitoring and invent category-defining consumer experiences • Stay close to customers and turn their needs into engaging, repeat-use experiences • Grow engagement, retention, and subscription revenue • Bring product, design, engineering, and scientific affairs together around an ambitious direction • Make product trade-offs and drive delivery independently • Partner with scientific and medical experts to make hormone data understandable and useful • Deliver near-term improvements and lead the roadmap across AI capabilities, current and future hormones, and B2B expansion • Independently own and grow the product function

🎯 Requirements

• Independently led a consumer subscription product from vision through delivery • Experience rallying a multidisciplinary team and driving daily momentum • Record of inventing and shipping products people loved • Experience scaling an initial audience of thousands into a substantially larger customer base • Hands-on experience in a small team • Experience building recurring value and improving paid retention across cohorts • Ability to translate scientific or biological concepts into a consumer health product is ideally preferred • Experience with wearables, hardware-software technologies, or health and wellness apps with a strong behavioural component is ideally preferred • Ability to work closely with scientific and medical experts while respecting scientific realities • Willingness or ability to visit the Montreal office frequently
