📋 Description

• Ensure job placements are successful by providing excellent customer service to healthcare providers and clients • Coordinate hospital credentialing for providers • Collect relevant information and documentation during provider onboarding • Coordinate contracts, travel, and lodging • Manage phone calls and emails • Track assignment details • Manage the CRM database • Organize and manage documents • Collaborate with other internal WMS departments • Exceed client and medical provider expectations through exceptional service • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with medical providers and healthcare facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • Strong organization and planning • Attention to detail • Proactive relationship-builder • Effective written and oral communication • Ability to prioritize competing tasks • Analytical skills • Creative problem-solving • Flexible and adaptable • Efficient and calm under pressure • Experience in the healthcare field preferred • Experience keeping regular and detailed documentation • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Ability to work normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Pacific Daylight Time • Dedicated quiet, private work-from-home space • High-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements • Self-starter, disciplined, and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision • Resume, cover letter, and complete online application questions required • Reference calls with previous employers may be required if selected
