📋 Description

• Provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital intraoral imaging products in clinical settings • Deliver training on imaging software and related technology • Serve as the source for training escalations within the territory • Partner with internal and external teams to address customers’ clinical needs • Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products • Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings • Review and follow up on completed surveys to ensure clinical training meets stakeholder needs • Investigate and manage clinical training escalations within the territory • Support Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products • Conduct billable clinical training sessions and build a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs analysis, and relationship management • Attend tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and assistance • Obtain and maintain certifications on supported products • Manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent certification and/or licenses • 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position • Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners (IOS) • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Proven ability to work remotely and independently • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize, plan, and execute • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Valid state driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to work non-standard hours and travel, including weekends when necessary • Up to 75% overnight travel • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting preferred • Advanced knowledge of radiology is a plus • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency preferred • Adaptability, responsible decision making, flexibility, self-starting attitude, enthusiasm, team orientation, continuous improvement, change management, logical and creative thinking, poise, confidence, influence, and ability to articulate the EBS philosophy
