📋 Description

• Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases, with a strong emphasis on Quebec-based immigration. • Prepare and submit compliant applications for Work Permits, Permanent Residence, and Employer compliance. • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) recognized by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI). • Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body • 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs • Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused • Fluent in French & English
