📋 Description

• Support benefits administration system implementations on the Employee Navigator platform • Configure client sites, including gathering requirements, importing data, and system configuration • Process annual renewals and other system updates • Manage expectations, timelines, and communications with clients • Coordinate projects among vendors, clients, EPIC account teams, and carriers • Manage problem resolution and research system and process issues • Test and troubleshoot system functionality and configuration accuracy • Assist with ACA processes, data auditing, and reporting requests • Respond to client inquiries, issues, questions, and requests • Train clients and perform system demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (a related field is preferred) • 2+ years of experience with HR technology solutions preferred • Required knowledge of benefits administration systems, including eligibility groups, benefits plan and rate structures, and carrier feeds • Employee Navigator experience strongly preferred; comparable platforms such as Ease, bswift, PlanSource, or Benefitfocus are acceptable • Project management skills for implementing new systems and overseeing benefits administration vendors • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategy • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere • Ability to quickly sort through complex subject material • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and communicating effectively
