📋 Description

• Support key external and internal clients • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables • Support Vanbridge’s growth and management while ensuring connectivity across communications • Guide and support partners in strategy and execution • Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance • Analyze life insurance policies and determine the best fit for clients’ financial plans • Provide tailored life insurance policy recommendations • Assist with applications, policy management, and coverage adjustments • Educate clients on annuity and life insurance solutions • Ensure recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies • Collaborate with advisors and team members to integrate insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans • Research industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes • Prepare paperwork and presentation materials for client meetings • Prepare and deliver correspondence and client communications • Work collaboratively with advisors throughout the planning process • Respond proactively and professionally to clients • Maintain awareness of carrier product information, rate changes, and rules

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Life Insurance products required • Minimum two-three years of related experience • Experience in insurance and financial services • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Expertise in life insurance portfolios • Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 licenses/certifications are a plus or may be obtained within 90 days • Working knowledge of insurance industry software • Experience in client support, portfolio management, relationship management, or paraplanning within financial services • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office products, and CRM applications • Highly organized with project management skills • Ability to prioritize workflows and deliverables • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to manage time, follow through, and adapt to changing priorities • Business acumen and experience improving business processes • Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively by phone, in virtual meetings, and potentially in person
