📋 Description

• Build and test reliable connections between client websites and systems such as Zoho CRM, Canvas, Zoom and the current volunteer management system • Deliver agreed data feeds to the client's separately managed enterprise data environment • Collaborate with the client's internal team and Archive's technical delivery team • Support technical delivery and handover • Provide clear documentation

🎯 Requirements

• API, webhook and event-based integrations across CRM, learning and business applications • Data mapping, authoritative records, identifiers, synchronization and reconciliation • Secure service authentication, retries, rate limits and integration monitoring • Integration testing and documentation • Direct Zoho, Canvas or Make experience is an asset • 5 to 10 years of experience • Must be available within a month • Canada location • Must be fluent in spoken and written English • Fluency in spoken and written French is a huge asset • Must be available during standard EST business hours
