📋 Description

• Develop, write, and finalize responses to client and prospect Requests for Information (RFIs) and similar documents such as PowerPoint capabilities presentations • Coordinate interaction between Business Development and key functional leaders to collect strategic RFI content • Support preparation of RFI responses using Everest’s RFI Content Database • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop tailored responses and refine existing RFI answers • Apply strategic writing and editing techniques to ensure submissions are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements • Maintain the RFI Content Database, including formatting and filing graphics, slides, and text and reviewing existing content • Attend weekly Proposal and Commercial team meetings to monitor proposal and bid defense activity and identify new database content • Refine proposal and commercial document and slide templates • Review the Project Experience Database to ensure project details are recorded accurately • Support ad hoc information requests from Proposals, Business Development, and Finance teams • Prepare proposal documents and bid defense slide decks, including PowerPoint slides summarizing therapeutic area experience, team profiles, and other content • Provide backend support for Salesforce and the RFI Content Database, including generating fields and workflows, user administration, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in health, physical/biological/chemistry sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or business fields with experience in the subject matter • 2 years or more in related clinical trial CRO RFI Management and/or Library Management • High quality written communications for RFI response writing • Good logical orientation and succinct, informative business writing • Attention to detail for formatting, structure, tone, and quantitative data • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to generate polished graphs, charts, and tables using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) • Ability to persevere and meet tight submission timelines on an occasional basis • Ability to support development of effective bid defense PowerPoint presentations • Experience with Salesforce, Qvidian, and Power BI is an asset but not required
