📋 Description

• Maintain the master social media calendar in Airtable • Establish and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incoming requests • Act as the central intake hub for all social media requests • Support end-to-end approval workflows • Handle technical scheduling and tagging within Hootsuite • Optimize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social media publishing and community management • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new team members or agency partners

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable and Hootsuite • Proven experience in creating SOPs or training documentation for digital or marketing teams • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage expectations across multiple business units and internal teams • A 'project manager heart' with an obsession for deadlines, detail, and accuracy • A proactive problem solver who identifies bottlenecks and proposes solutions to make the team faster and more efficient
