📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize the master social media calendar in Airtable • Establish and enforce SLAs for incoming requests and manage lead times • Act as the central intake hub for social media requests • Track statuses, manage follow-ups, and ensure content meets brand standards • Facilitate end-to-end approval workflows and internal sign-offs • Schedule and tag content in Hootsuite • Manage the Hootsuite Inbox and engage with the community according to an engagement matrix • Optimize and maintain SOPs for social media publishing and community management • Document consistent social media workflows across business units • Train new team members and agency partners on Airtable structures and Hootsuite protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable for workflow architecture • Advanced proficiency in Hootsuite for publishing and inbox management • Proven experience creating SOPs or training documentation for digital or marketing teams • Ability to manage expectations across multiple business units and internal teams • Exceptional organization, attention to deadlines, detail, and accuracy • Proactive problem-solving ability to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
