📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand build and packaging requirements for new projects or features. • Assess, configure, and upgrade build tools to enhance efficiency, align with industry best practices, and support evolving project needs. • Ensure that compilers are always up-to-date, compatible with current software projects, and optimized for performance. • Regularly update and integrate third-party libraries, dependencies, or frameworks to ensure compatibility, security, and functionality. • Create and maintain documentation for build processes, workflows, and development tooling to ensure knowledge transfer and standardization. • Continuously optimize build pipelines and infrastructure to support increasing workloads as the team scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of professional experience as a Build Engineer • Expert knowledge of build tools such as CMake, Make, Bazel, or similar. • Deep knowledge of Linux and system administration tools and bash scripting • Working knowledge of Git and Docker with familiarity in managing repositories and containerization workflows. • Experience with CI systems such as Jenkins, GitHub actions or similar • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C++, Python, Java) and comfortable with scripting languages for automation tasks; Go programming experience is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with international teams.
