📋 Description

• Coordinate ServiceLink Title Products • Communicate with clients, vendors, internal staff, borrowers, agents, and outside agencies to facilitate title issues efficiently and timely • Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion • Address inquiries professionally and in a timely manner • Process orders according to ServiceLink and client requirements • Review vendor performance reports • Maintain open communication with team members and team leader • Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and closing departments • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Practical work experience within real estate industry • Proven customer service skills • Proficiency with personal computers • Efficiency with internal software programs • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized work approach
