📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve scalable and reliable backend solutions • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices, including Claude, AI agents, and skills, to improve engineering productivity and software delivery • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand business needs • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to technical decisions • Support and mentor less experienced developers • Share best practices • Provide thoughtful code reviews • Help raise the overall technical quality of the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET backend development • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud technologies • Kubernetes knowledge • Experience with RabbitMQ and MongoDB • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Agile and product collaboration experience • Experience with APIs and microservices • Experience with AI-assisted software development, including Claude, AI agents, and skills • Experience with code reviews and software engineering best practices • Ability to support and mentor less experienced developers • Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders • Commitment to inclusive and affirmative-action workplace practices
