📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the revenue operations process from lead generation through customer acquisition and renewal • Own critical revenue operations systems and CRM tools used in cross-functional workflows, including deal closure • Create and manage reports and dashboards to align data between departments and provide insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Use data and analytics to measure and improve marketing and sales performance • Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify growth opportunities • Provide CRM training and support to maintain data cleanliness across tools • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of revenue operations processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, such as sales or marketing operations, performance marketing, or business analytics • Tested project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve business performance • Familiarity with sales, operations, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Smartsheet, and NetSuite • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including cross-departmental experience • Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Basic SQL experience is a plus • Desire to learn and grow in revenue operations and willingness to continuously improve and develop new skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Ability to work in the United States, as addressed by the work-authorization and sponsorship questions
