📋 Description

• Support company-wide financial planning, including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reconciliation of variances to actual results • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and business partners as a primary Finance contact • Drive business-unit and functional-level financial forecasts to predict business performance and manage desired outcomes • Contribute to the development and evolution of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting • Improve visibility and accountability to increase operating leverage • Support strategic short- and long-term business decisions through financial modeling and investment opportunity analysis • Serve as a power administrator for financial planning software • Own a Business Unit P&L • Drive cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline • 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and operational roles • Track record of building strategic financial models translating operational initiatives into financial impact • Experience working cross-functionally with business partners to validate assumptions and presenting complex analyses clearly to senior management • Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing FP&A planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful • Experience configuring dimensions for flexible P&L reporting, managing scenario/version control, and structuring underlying data models flowing through to financial statements • Experience building C-suite and Board-level reporting materials • Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations via business models and reporting • Proactive approach to mitigating risks and managing cross-functional alignment during organizational transitions • Openness and experience using AI to bring efficiencies to work • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Relevant certification such as CFA/CPA is a bonus • First-hand knowledge of online advertising or e-commerce is a bonus • Experience using SQL, BI, and analytics tools is a bonus
