📋 Description

• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy roles across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and Health Care Practitioner Contractor roles supporting clinical operations • Source licensed pharmacy talent through outbound channels, referrals, and industry networks, and engage practitioner contractor candidates • Partner with Pharmacy and clinical leadership to define hiring needs, screening criteria, interview structure, and hiring priorities • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage • Prepare and issue accurate, compliant employment and contractor agreements • Administer job postings, workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting in Ashby • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across all interview stages • Support improvements to recruitment processes and tools for licensed and regulated hiring • Support onboarding for pharmacy hires, including verification of licensure and credentials • Manage candidate and new-hire data in the HRIS across Ontario and BC • Partner with Finance and Payroll on new-hire and contractor updates • Report to the VP, HR and collaborate with Pharmacy leadership, clinical leadership, and the HR team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Recruitment, ideally including licensed or regulated professionals within a Canadian environment • Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and/or Pharmacy Assistants strongly preferred • Experience recruiting clinical practitioners (e.g., physicians, nurse practitioners, or similar contractor roles) is an asset • Working knowledge of provincial licensure and regulatory bodies relevant to pharmacy and clinical hiring (e.g., OCP, CPBC), or ability to get up to speed quickly • Hands-on experience with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob) • “Zero-error” mindset regarding employment/contractor agreements and candidate data management • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities • Available for the full 4-month contract term • Legally entitled to work in Canada
