📋 Description

• Run the day-to-day production flow, weekly project plans, and daily schedules from ideation to launch • Own concept and output review, including QC of scripts, edits, pacing, story flow, visuals, briefs, brand guidelines, and ad platform specifications • Recruit, onboard, coordinate, and manage creators and UGC talent • Maintain raw-footage and asset libraries for reuse and AI-assisted remixing • Negotiate supplier and talent rates, issue SOWs, and manage creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants • Maintain a vetted production roster with rate cards, availability, and specialties • Manage the production budget and support forecasting across creators, locations, and vendors • Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Growth team, and strategists on realistic production plans • Translate creative briefs into shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklists • Source locations, props, and wardrobe; oversee production days when required • Secure usage rights, model releases, and documentation before production begins • Enforce Canadian health-advertising requirements • Feed production learnings back to the creative team and support iteration • Build scalable production systems, workflows, and documentation to increase creative output and reduce bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in creative project management, production, or operations, including experience managing a production budget • Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment, with specific process or efficiency gains driven • Experience building or running a creator, UGC, or content pipeline at volume • Comfortable operating in a native, lo-fi, creator-first register, not only polished production • Fluent use of AI in production to test creative directions and remix and version assets at scale • Experience in the performance marketing industry • Experience mentoring or informally leading junior team members or freelance production talent • Extremely organized, able to manage varied creative requests and deliverables • Strong project management skills and exceptional communication skills • Comfortable representing production in cross-functional conversations • Strict adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements, ideally including health or other regulated advertising • Self-starter able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing production processes • Kind and empathetic, and excited about Felix's mission • Legally entitled to work in Canada
