📋 Description

• Write code and build the architecture supporting Felix’s proprietary digital healthcare ecosystem • Build back-end and front-end systems, including architectural patterns, technical specifications, designs, and database management • Develop scalable software for new products, markets, and healthcare categories • Improve platform reliability through testing, observability, and monitoring • Identify areas for system optimization and improvement • Manage communication flows across the technology stack and establish engineering practices and frameworks • Mentor junior team members • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver products and experiences that drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer building scalable web applications • Familiarity with PHP/Laravel • Familiarity with JavaScript and Vue • Drive to stay current with ongoing technology changes and advancements • Leadership skills in unblocking and leading development teams • Clear communication of technical concepts • Ability to collaborate with Product • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity • Eagerness to problem solve and move projects and the team forward • Legally entitled to work in Canada
