📋 Description

• Responsible for handling inbound call/chat volume, with expectations of taking between 25-45 inbound customer calls/chats per 8 hour work day • Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month • Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, opportunity management, problem solving • Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining correct information in Salesforce • Identify website, process, or product page inefficiencies during workflow and report if necessary • Work with a team of 15-20 salespeople.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing, fast paced, service related role highly preferred • 3+ years of Sales experience preferred • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites • Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat • Strong organizational skills • Reliable and consistent internet connection
