📋 Description

• Own forecasting, reporting, and insights for a portfolio of clinics • Serve as the primary contact for clinic forecasting and financial-performance questions • Build and maintain clinic-level projections and monthly variance reporting • Identify utilization, revenue, cost drivers, trends, anomalies, and risks • Produce and own recurring practice-owner payment calculations and payment runs • Reconcile owner payments to clinic P&L, revenue, and collections data; resolve discrepancies • Document and standardize payment methodology for scaling clinic onboarding • Analyze clinic- and service-line-level gross margin and COGS • Quantify proposed changes’ margin impact and track realized improvement • Partner with Practice Success Managers and practice owners to drive clinic outcomes • Advise independent practice owners and explain financial concepts plainly • Build and execute improvement plans from problem definition through measurable results • Use AI coding agents to build financial models, reports, and automations • Work in GitHub using branches, pull requests, merges, and deployments • Automate reporting and forecasting processes • Use AI-assisted tools daily for analysis, modeling, and automation • Document, measure, and improve P&L processes as the business grows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial-modeling skills • Solid grasp of the three financial statements and how they connect • Basic working knowledge of AI agents, GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • High agency and ability to operate independently • Relentless follow-through and end-to-end ownership of deliverables • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders • Comfort with startup ambiguity and a fast-changing environment • Multi-site / multi-unit P&L experience is a nice-to-have • Healthcare, ABA/behavioral health, or MSO/DSO experience is a nice-to-have • Franchise or partner/owner-facing experience is a nice-to-have • Business-case and margin/COGS improvement experience is a nice-to-have • SQL and database knowledge is a nice-to-have
