📋 Description

• Probe stated and unstated client needs • Translate complex functional requirements into system requirements • Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications for First American • Follow coding standards, guidelines, and continuous Build-Integrate-Test Agile practices • Create basic project plans for small projects • Take ownership of modules and independently develop features • Apply troubleshooting and debugging concepts • Review code and suggest enhancements • Understand and participate in Agile ceremonies • Design and develop basic database solutions • Establish database objects and perform performance tuning • Use configuration management tools to enforce CM practices and processes • Adhere to organizational QA standards • Analyze performance bottlenecks, production infrastructure, interfaces, and product dependencies • Collaborate with customers, onshore counterparts, supervisors, team members, business analysts, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education • Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology • Strong hands-on experience with .NET / Python • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React JS • Experience managing source code with Git • Knowledge of Jira with Agile/Scrum • Strong knowledge of AWS • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and DynamoDB • Knowledge of microservice architecture • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and application development • Ability to develop web-based applications using coding standards and Agile continuous Build-Integrate-Test practices • Ability to troubleshoot and debug software • Ability to review code and suggest enhancements • Ability to design and develop basic database solutions, establish database objects, and perform performance tuning • Experience with configuration management tools and practices • Understanding of QA standards, performance bottlenecks, production infrastructure, interfaces, and dependencies • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Node.js and OpenAPI/Swagger are optional
