• Develop and support integrations connecting Workday to payroll, benefits, identity and access management, recruiting, learning, and other enterprise platforms. • Apply technical expertise to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions supporting critical employee lifecycle processes across a global organization. • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Security, and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. • Troubleshoot complex business and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and help drive resolution of production incidents affecting enterprise HR processes. • Participate in the design, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of Workday integrations using platform-native capabilities and established enterprise integration practices. • Identify opportunities to improve integration reliability, automation, monitoring, and support processes.
• Experience supporting, developing, and maintaining enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday as a system of record. • Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, Workday Web Services). • Understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes, including worker lifecycle events, payroll, benefits, and compensation data flows. • Experience integrating Workday or other SaaS applications with downstream systems such as payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity and access management platforms, or third-party service providers. • Experience supporting production operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue remediation. • Working knowledge of integration technologies and data formats including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a cross-functional enterprise environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. • Workday Integration Certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
