📋 Description

• Own analysis and optimization of defined process domains within the title insurance lifecycle • Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows • Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions • Collaborate with technology and product teams to define automation, system enhancements, and integrations • Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues and measure performance • Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation, including SOPs, swim lanes, and process narratives • Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into process design • Serve as a process domain expert across business units, divisions, and segments • Support rollout and institutionalization of optimized processes across geographies and business segments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the functional area • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Deep and detailed understanding of functional area operations and processes • Experience in process analysis, workflow design, and leading process improvement initiatives • Experience working with title production systems (e.g., Ignite, FAST, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar platforms) • Strong analytical, communication, and process documentation skills • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable insights • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Excel, and data visualization platforms) • Demonstrated digital mindset and adaptability • Experience in title insurance and escrow industry preferred • Experience supporting multi-state, regional, or national title and escrow operations preferred • Experience driving process automation and workflow optimization within title and escrow environments preferred • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred • Experience in the design, configuration, or enhancement of title production systems preferred
