📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive initiatives and decisions through execution and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Analytical proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python • Residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
