📋 Description

• Engage stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow implementations • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture current and future workflows • Support process design and documentation • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform owners on configurations, workflows, and automation • Support data model, integration, and UI/UX design discussions • Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing • Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards • Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues • Liaise between business units, IT, and the ServiceNow delivery team • Provide project updates, status reports, and training sessions as needed • Implement and support adoption of ServiceNow IRM and Vulnerability Response applications for government and commercial clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • 3–5+ years of business analysis experience • At least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations • Experience facilitating requirements gathering via workshops and system/content review • Experience designing processes and creating user stories in an Agile environment • Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of integration points with enterprise systems such as Tenable and CrowdStrike • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (IRM) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR) • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) • Additional ServiceNow certifications in areas such as ITOM or ITSM preferred
