β’ Own and deliver against a $1M+ annual new-business sponsorship target β’ Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency partners β’ Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new sponsorship deals β’ Develop integrated partnerships across events, product, and studio channels β’ Identify new categories and revenue opportunities β’ Partner cross-functionally with Events, Product, Studios, Marketing, and Finance β’ Ensure clean handoff of all deals to execution teams β’ Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
β’ 7β10+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development β’ Proven track record of closing new business and hitting revenue targets β’ Experience selling integrated partnerships (events, experiential, media, or product) β’ Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing ability β’ Ability to build and manage a full pipeline independently β’ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills β’ Preferred: Experience in endurance, fitness, or experiential industries β’ Existing brand/agency relationships β’ Passion for fitness, community, or the Ragnar experience
β’ Variable Compensation (at target): $85,000 β $115,000 β’ Commission and bonus tied directly to new-business revenue β’ Accelerators for performance above quota
