📋 Description

• Enter and reconcile daily financial transactions and bank accounts • Prepare daily cash reports • Enter and reconcile credit card transactions • Download e-commerce marketplace deposit reports and create journal entries • Perform month-end reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and customer liabilities • Create intercompany invoices and journal entries • Maintain fixed asset and related depreciation schedules • Support the month-end close process • Assist with sales tax prepayments and filings • Assist with other accounting-related tasks and process creation • Contribute to the client’s daily financial operations and growing consumer brands

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field • 4+ years of general accounting experience • Experience with NetSuite is required • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Strong attention to detail • Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas • Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team environment • Ability to handle hands-on accounting responsibilities and a varied workload • Professional English fluency required • Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or DTC consumer retail companies • Preferred: Previous experience working with Bill.com • Preferred: Experience supporting accounting operations in a growing consumer goods environment • Preferred: Experience with tools such as Slack and Adobe Acrobat
